She is the author of five bestselling books on entrepreneurship: Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish, Connect the Dots, I Have a Dream, Poor Little Rich Slum, and Follow Every Rainbow. Her books have sold more than half a million copies and have been translated in several languages. She is also the Co-founder and Editor of JAM (Just Another Magazine), one of India's leading youth magazines.
She is a regular columnist on Rediff.com. In the past, she worked as a consulting editor for Businessworld magazine and Bloomberg UTV. She consults various international youth research agencies such as The Futures Company and Flamingo Research. As a guest lecturer at business schools including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, ISB, S P Jain, and more, Rashmi frequently mentors students and young aspiring entrepreneurs. A renowned motivational speaker, she conducts sessions for inspiring sessions for youth and youth insight seminars for corporates.
