Recognise the Unrecognised
God is the one who makes wonders, god is the one who makes miracles and he is the one who is the creator of happiness and sorrow. Never the less he came with the wonder that helps him to deal with the miracles, happiness, and sorrow. He created women! Happiness is not complete in her absence. She is like a flexible river that travels for a long distance but will never get tired.
As said by Harriet BeeStow, “Women are the real architects of society”.
8th March of every year is observed as International women’s day to celebrate women’s achievements throughout history and across nations. It is also known as the United Nations (UN) Day for Women’s Rights and International Peace. Like every year, LEAD did not leave the chance for celebrating the International women’s day. The main focal point of LEAD is always the theme “Recognizing the Unrecognized”. It is an approach where rarely recognized women working in different sectors are felicitated by a certificate from LEAD. From shop vendors to household workers, from an officer to a peon, from home-maker to the hospital nurse, LEADers raised and shined in reaching all the women working in these sectors. In LEAD, we believe that every working woman contributes equally to the society and it is our duty to recognize and appreciate their good work.

On occasion of this Women’s Day, a message to all the ladies for their rescue
“You can do anything that your mind will do,
You can swim the deepest ocean and climb the highest peak
Be a doctor or fly a plane
Face the adversity and still walk tall.
You are strong, beautiful, and Compassionate and much more than words could ever say! Today is yours and so is every day!”
