LEAD Prayana

LEAD Prayana 2018| Karnataka | Day 11

This day was all about Milan and Sangam of all the route Prayanees. Prayanees were then taken to Deshpande Foundation for the afternoon sessions. Deshpande Foundation was lightened which welcomed them with pomp, when the Prayanees returned back after their journey. The whole atmosphere radiated with energy when the Prayanees made an entrance with Jiving. It is completely different feeling when all the people from different Prayana routes join for Jiving. Right after that, the Prayanees headed towards the Auditorium for their sessions which were filled with surprises.

They taught how one can tackle the difficulties that one can face in life. It was followed by a question-answer session.

The second session was with Mr. Naveen Jha. What got everyone’s ears up was the story of how LEAD started. Mr. Naveen Jha unrolled the story in a very interesting manner. He also covered the history of LEAD Prayana. The session got interactive when many puzzled heads got their questions answered by Mr. Naveen Jha. This was followed by the recognition of all the teams behind the successful LEAD Prayana.

The day ended with an event named Manthan. This term means “combining” and here, this meant the arrival of prayanees from all three routes and meeting up at one place. These people met each other it was mingling up with three different culture. This was followed by reflection session, where every Prayanee gets to sum up all the things they have learned at the end of the day. At the end of the day, Prayanees had made many new friends and were left with many stories to Share, making this the most special day LEAD Prayana.
