LEAD PRAYANA 2017- DAY 10
And then that voice inside of us
That others cannot know
Tells us that our chance will come,
That we must not let go.
If we can only persevere
Someday our star till gleam!
And they’ll know why we had to try
To hold on to our dream!
Yes, readers! You read it right. I m pretty sure you are already well-run through the journey so far and secretly wishing to be a part of it. Well, the journey almost reaches its end and here Im about to narrate the ventures of our prayanees on Day 10.
The Leaders have been all over Karnataka and now they reside at Agastya International foundation, Kuppam. It is a cover for all the science experimental, art and nature enthusiasts. An area spread over acres and just dedicated to innovation and up-to-the-minute craziness. Our early birds had a nature walk early morning at 6 and had some fun activities in teams. They created the up funk rap out of the scrap around and bought their Da Vincis to the surface.
Later that noon they advanced to witness the headline affair currently Jallikattu, a sporadic culture down south, which involves the local folks who decorate and hug their running bulls and try to make them sit. Well, unless they dont tip a cow, its all good!
Prayanees watched Jallikattu, a traditional event where a Bos Indicus Bull, is released into a crowd. Participants try to hold onto the bull for as long as possible, while the bull tries to escape.
The visit to this atypical merry ended at Kuppam with a concluding session.
The Prayanees celebrated their Republic day at Hospet and are all set to return to the celebratory at Hubli, Yuva Summit!
As the verse reads the journey might end but the gleam stays and we learn to hold on and stay firm to the dreams ahead. Stay pitched to what happens next!
