"LEAD Prayana" an Entrepreneurial Leadership Journey on Wheels! It's an annual leadership journey for youth aged of 18-26 hosted in cities hosted in Karnataka Dharwad/Hubballi, Belagavi, Doddaballapur, Bengaluru, Mysuru, Manipal/Udupi, Dharmasthala and Kuppam. With the aim to "unleash your leadership potential", join us for a memorable 1800km journey of lifetime.
For two week fun-filled days, you will meet and hear from more than 10 inspiring role models and speakers, see their extraordinary work, visit more than 8 destinations, take part in panel sessions, explore more than 12 unique organizations, institutions, MNC's and industries and create your own groups to share your hands-on experiential learning. The journey kicks off from Belagavi covering all the destinations and ends at Hubballi, Karnataka with renowned International conferences called Development Dialogue, YUVA Summit and Startup Dialogue.

It would take days to describe my experience in LEAD Prayana. I have truly gained more from it than I expected. Every moment has been a lesson in my life. Finding a new family in Prayana has meant so much to me. The journey was filled with inspiration and motivation, which will definitely lead me toward becoming a successful LEADer and reach my goals. I hold a B. Tech and an MBA, yet I chose to be a filmmaker because of LEAD. I participated in Prayana in 2012, and found the motivation to pursue my passion of filmmaking.
Today I have bagged an international award in short film making. LEAD Prayana boosted my confidence and encouraged me to choose my own path and take the initiative to do something different.
